GCGC STANDING RULES
(Excerpt from GCGC Bylaws)

1. Names and addresses of members will not be published or distributed for any reason or purpose other than for national, state, district, or GCGC communications.
2. GCGC Blossoms’ emails will contain garden club related information only.
3. Dues paid by new members who join after March 1st will be applied to the next fiscal year.
4. Officers and committee chairs are required to obtain prior approval of finance committee for any
   and all expenditures over $50.00.
5. Special projects need to be approved and budgeted by the board of directors.
6. Written receipts for all expenses must be submitted to the treasurer for reimbursement.
7. Proceeds from all items sold at monthly meetings by or on behalf of GCGC must be deposited into
   the treasury. (Exception: Guest Speakers’ sales of plants or products.)
8. In the absence of the treasurer the president may sign checks.
